BUTTERMILK PIE 
3/4 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 whole eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. flour (plain)
1/2 stick butter, melted

Combine all ingredients. Mix well with electric mixer. Pour into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell.

Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes or until firm.
