2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 pkg. chocolate fudge frosting mix (dry)
8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. slivered almonds or walnuts

Blend flour and butter, add brown sugar and mix until crumbly. Pat into 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.

Mix frosting mix and cream cheese together, add eggs and beat until smooth. Spread over crust, sprinkle nuts over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool, cut and store in refrigerator.
