1 lb. ground round or sirloin
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. minced, dried onions
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Italian bread crumbs to coat patties

Mix first 8 ingredients together. Make 6 or 7 patties out of mixture. Flatten by hand and press to coat meat all over. Brown in skillet on medium low in 2 tablespoons butter, butter or oil. Serves 4.
