MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
2 sticks soft butter
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. nuts

Combine ingredients. Cook at 325 degrees for 35 minutes in a long greased and floured pan. When done, cover top of cake with miniature marshmallows while cake is still hot. Let cool and add topping.

TOPPING:

1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

I use Betty Crocker fudge frosting and put nuts in the frosting.
