SPAGHETTI PIE | |
1 lb. ground round, browned and drained 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce with garlic 1 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 c. green onions, chopped 1/4 c. (2 oz.) cream cheese 4 c. hot cooked spaghetti (about 8 oz.; uncooked) 1 1/3 c. (5 oz.) extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix meat, sauce, salt and pepper; simmer for 20 minutes. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, green onions and cream cheese; set aside. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; add pasta. Spread the sour cream mixture over the pasta. Add meat mixture next and sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes. |
