2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. milk or cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil sugar and milk to soft ball stage when tested. Remove form heat add butter and vanilla. Cool. Beat until thick and creamy.
