3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cold water
1 c. cooking oil

Mix all in cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes.
