FREEZER SALAD 
6 lb. cabbage
3 tbsp. salt
2 stems celery
2 bell peppers
5 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. water
2 1/2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. mustard seed

Sprinkle cabbage with salt, let stand 1 hour. Add celery and pepper, let stand 20 minutes longer. Drain well. Combine sugar, water and vinegar and both seeds. Bring to boil.
