BREADED FISH FILLETS 
1 lb. fish fillets
3 tbsp. corn oil
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Coat fish with flour, brown well on both sides, about 3 minutes each. Add other ingredients, cover and simmer 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serves 3.
