ELEPHANT STEW | |
1 medium size elephant Salt & pepper 50 to 100 gallons brown gravy 2 rabbits (optional) Cut elephant into bite size. This should take about two months. Add enough brown gravy to cover. Insert probe and set to 180 degrees. Cook on high until tender, about 4 weeks. Taste for seasonings. Serves 3800 people. If more are expected two rabbits may be added, but only if necessary, as most people do not like to find hare in their stew. |
