EGG SALAD MOLD 
2 pkgs. Knox gelatin
1 c. water
14 hard boiled eggs
1 qt. mayonnaise
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped green onions, including tops

Dissolve gelatin in water. Dice eggs and add to the mayo, gelatin, salt, pepper; mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Stir and pour into a greased mold. Refrigerate 1 hour or longer. Serves 15 to 20.
