CORN OIL MUFFINS 
2 c. flour, unsifted, fork stirred before measuring
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. corn oil
1 egg white
1 1/4 c. skim milk

Using all together, 2 teaspoons corn oil, grease 12 muffin cups. Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. With rotary beater, beat corn oil and egg white until thoroughly mixed; stir in milk. Stir together corn oil mixture and dry ingredients mixing only enough to moisten dry ingredients. Batter will be lumpy. Spoon into prepared pans and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 12 muffins.
