STUFFED CHERRY TOMATOES 
1 pt. cherry tomatoes
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. ranch dressing
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
2 tbsp. finely chopped walnuts

Slice tops off tomatoes. Scoop out pulp with melon baller, reserve pulp to use as necessary to thin filling. Drain tomatoes, upside down on paper towels. Combine rest of ingredients. Stuff tomatoes with filling. Refrigerate until serving time.
