EASY SAUCE FOR NOODLES 
8 oz. spiral noodles or any kind
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp. grated nutmeg
1/4 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. butter
grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. milk

Cook and drain noodles; set aside. Cook soup, milk and nutmeg over very low heat, stirring occasionally, for 15-20 minutes.

Stir in sour cream and heat through. Toss cooked noodles with melted butter. Combine noodles with sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Serve.
