UNCLE MIKE'S CHILI | |
2 lb. ground beef, cooked out on oak/hickory cooked fire and grease drained 1 c. water 3 cans chili hot beans 1/2 chopped onion 1 tbsp. chili powder 1 can tomato sauce Cook onions in water for 4 minutes. Mince ground beef and add to onions and water in Dutch oven. Add chili beans, chili powder and tomato sauce. Mix thoroughly on high until boiling; reduce temperature to low and stir until satisfied chili will not stick to pan. Serve with rice, cornbread, hot dogs or hamburgers. If you have some leftover, freeze and use for a later date. |
