CHICKEN FRIED STEAK 
1 or 2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. bread crumbs
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. milk
2 lb. round steak
3 or 4 tsp. oil

Add eggs to milk, mix. Cut steak into serving pieces. Dip steak into egg mixture, dip in bread crumbs. Brown steak on both sides in hot oil. Season. Cover, steam over low heat 1 hour or until meat is tender. Serves 6 to 8.
