PECAN PUMPKIN CRUMBLE 
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. butter (melted)
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Whipped topping

In large bowl combine sugar, spices, eggs, pumpkin and milk. Mix well. Pour into lightly buttered 13x9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with dry cake mix, drizzle with melted butter. Sprinkle pecans on top. Bake 40 to 50 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serve with whipped topping. Serves 8 to 10.
