MAPLE BAKED ACORN SQUASH 
Cut an acorn squash in half. Remove seeds and fiber. Place squash cut sides up in ungreased baking pan. Spoon 1 tablespoon maple syrup and tablespoon of cream into each half. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 1 hour (or until tender).
