CHOP SUEY - GLENS | |
2 pkg. Ramon soup 2 pkg. chop suey 1 pkg. pork steak Boil noodle soup, drain and let dry. Spread on cookie sheet, broil in oven until brown. Soak chop suey in water, drain. Cut pork into small pieces, fry and add 1/2 cup water and seasoning from soup package. Add soy sauce and ginger to taste. Simmer on low for 15 minutes. Add chop suey and simmer on medium for 15 minutes. Mix water and corn starch and add to thicken, adding soy sauce to taste, add noodles, stir and heat. |
