TUNA FISH SALAD 
1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
2 tbsp. cold water
2 c. tuna fish
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. pickle relish
1/8 tsp. paprika

Soak gelatin in water 5 minutes. Stir it over hot water to dissolve. Flake tuna, add celery, relish, mayonnaise, salt and paprika. Add the dissolved gelatin mixture, mix well and spoon into individual molds. Serve on nests of lettuce. Garnish with celery curls and rings of green pepper.
