3 eggs, beat until foamy
1 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. sugar

Melt 1/4 stick of butter in a pie pan. Pour mixture in pie pan and bake 20 minutes at 425 degrees. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top or serve with maple syrup.
