FRUIT SALAD 
1 family sized cherry Jello
2 c. mini marshmallows
2 lg. bananas, sliced
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, reserve syrup

Prepare Jello according to package, chill. When slightly thickened, add pineapple, marshmallows, and bananas. Chill until firm. Put on topping.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. reserved pineapple juice
1 tsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour

Put in saucepan and cook over medium-low heat until thickened. Cool. Add 8 ounce package of whipped cream cheese. Mix well. Fold in 8 ounce Cool Whip. Put on Jello and chill. You may sprinkle with coconut if you like.
