1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. melted butter
1/4 c. sugar
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese (room temp.)
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Sliced almonds for garnish

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix 1/3 cup melted butter with graham cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup sugar. Press to bottom of a springform pan. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, eggs, 1 cup sugar, vanilla and almond extract. Pour over crust. Bake for 30 minutes.

1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
