1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
Thin bread, trimmed
Cinnamon/sugar mixture
1/2 stick butter, melted

Mix cheese, sugar and egg yolk. Flatten bread and spread with cheese mixture. Roll bread jelly-roll style. Brush with melted butter and roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until brown and crisp.
