COTTAGE CHEESE ROYALE 
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
3 tbsp. sugar
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drain & save juice
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 carton cottage cheese (12 oz.)
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
Walnuts or pecans, coarsely chopped (opt.)
Mayonnaise
Water

Blend the pineapple juice and enough water to make 1 cup of liquid. Add to Jello; add sugar and boil for 3 minutes. Remove from stove and let cool. Add crushed pineapple, marshmallows, cottage cheese and nuts. Mix thoroughly.

In separate bowl, mix cream cheese with enough mayonnaise to make 3/4 cup. Add this to Jello mixture and refrigerate overnight. Garnish with cherries and nuts.
