CHINESE CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES 
4 chicken breasts (skinned)
16 oz. frozen Oriental vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can pimentos (sm.)
1/3 c. soy sauce
Salt and garlic salt to taste

In 2 quart casserole, put chicken breasts, vegetables, soup, pimentos, soy sauce and salts. Mix well. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
