BLUEBERRY CUPCAKES 
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
2 lg. eggs
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. blueberries, washed/drained
Sugar

Combine shortening and sugar; add eggs. Sift dry ingredients; add to mixture alternately with milk. Add vanilla; beat two minutes. Carefully fold in blueberries until each cupcake paper is 3/4 full. Sprinkle sugar on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
