SWEET AND SOUR 
2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. cranberry juice
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. cornstarch, dilute in 1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 green pepper, cubed
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 lbs. browned meat chunks

Combine all but pineapple and green pepper. Boil 1 minute. Add green pepper and pineapple and cook 1 to 2 minutes.
