CHOCOLATE CHIP KISSES (AIRHEAD COOKIES) | |
2 egg whites 1/8 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 pkg. chocolate chips 1 1/2 c. Corn Flakes 1/2 tsp. vanilla Beat egg whites until foamy. Add salt and cream of tartar. Beat until stiff enough to hold in peaks, but not dry. Add 2 tablespoons sugar at a time. Beat thoroughly. Fold in chocolate chips, Corn Flakes and vanilla. Drop on ungreased heavy (brown paper bags) paper. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 24. |
