CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
3/4 head shredded lettuce
3 stalks green onions, chopped
1/2 bundle fried maifun (bean threads)
4 pre-cooked chicken breasts, shredded
1/4 c. almonds, slivered

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. rice vinegar
1 tbsp. roasted sesame seed

Cook maifun in hot deep fat until golden, small amount at a time. Drain.
