LUMPA 
4 lb. hamburger (browned, chopped tiny)
2 lg. carrots
3 lg. stems celery
1 onion
1 lg. green pepper
1/2 lb. bean sprouts
7 oz. shrimp, chopped
Salt, pepper & Accent to taste

Chop vegetables fine. Brown hamburger and add vegetables in order, then add sprouts and shrimp. Saute for 5-10 minutes. Drain and roll in Lumpa wrappers. Fry in skillet of oil (about 1/4 inch) until wrap is done.

Tip: Lumpa wrappers can be purchased at Oriental stores. Also 1 teaspoon meat mixture per wrap.
