1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 env. taco mix (1 1/4 oz.)
1 can whole green chiles, drain, seed, chop
1 c. grated cheese
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick mix
3 eggs

Lightly grease 10-inch pan. Cook; stir hamburger and onions until brown. Drain; stir in season mix. Pour beef mixture into pan; sprinkle with chiles and cheese. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour over beef mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees or until golden brown. Slash top.
