CLAM DIP 
4 oz. pkg. Nuefchatel or light cream cheese
1 can (6 1/2 oz.) minced clams, drained
1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Place cheese in small baking dish. Microwave at 50% for 45 seconds, stirring after half the time. Stir in remaining ingredients. Microwave at 50% (medium) for 3-5 minutes, or until heated through, stirring after half the cooking time. Serve hot or cold with assorted fresh vegetables. Makes 1 1/4 cups dip.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
