SWEET CORNBREAD 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. flour, sifted before measuring
3 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1 c. milk

Combine all ingredients. Put in pan that has been greased and floured or cup cake liners. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. (Done when knife inserted in center comes out clean.)
