IRENE'S DRIED-BEEF CASSEROLE 
8 oz. pasta, cooked and drained
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
8 oz. dried beef
1 (20 oz.) can tomatoes packed in tomato juice, chopped
6-8 oz. tomato sauce

Spray 2-quart casserole dish with non-stick coating, then layer half of pasta, cheese, beef, and tomatoes in dish. Repeat layers and cover all with tomato sauce.

Bake in 400 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Serves 6-8. Excellent!
