1 can French cut green beans
1 can small peas
1 can white kernel corn
1 c. diced green pepper (optional)
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced onion (purple for color)
1 small jar pimento
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. water
1/2 c. oil or less

Drain all the vegetables and mix together. Boil together remaining ingredients and cool. Pour over vegetables. Refrigerate overnight.
