UGLY DUCKLING CAKE 
1 (1 layer size) pkg. yellow or white cake mix
1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail with syrup
1 c. Angel Flake coconut
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil

Blend above ingredients. Beat 4 minutes on medium speed. Pour into greased and floured 13x9 pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool 15 minutes. Spoon hot butter glaze over warm cake.

BUTTER GLAZE:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. canned cream
1/2 c. sugar

Boil butter glaze ingredients for 2 minutes. Top with 1 1/3 cups coconut.
