SKILLET PORK CHOPS AND RICE | |
4 pork chops, 1" thick 1 tsp. cooking oil 2 tsp. salt 1 c. uncooked rice 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth 1 c. hot water Brown chops on both sides 8-10 minutes in skillet, brushed with oil. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Scatter rice over chops. Add broth and water. Cover and simmer 50-60 minutes until chops are tender. |
