1/2 head broccoli in bite-size pieces
1/2 head cauliflower in bite-size pieces
1 basket cherry tomatoes
1 lb. cooked shrimp
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can pitted black olives

DRESSING:

2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. white horseradish
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. lemon juice
