2 cans drained yellow hominy
1 (8 oz.) jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 onion, diced
Crushed corn chips

Cook cheese, soup and onion over low heat or microwave until smooth. Pour hominy in casserole dish, then pour the melted cheese soup mix over the hominy. Crumble corn chips on top. Bake in moderate oven until heated through.
