VEGGIE AND CORNBREAD STUFFING
FISH FILLETS
 
1 pkg. mixed vegetables
1/4 c. chicken broth
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. tarragon
1/8 tsp. paprika
4 fish fillets (flounder, catfish, redfish, any fish you like)

Mix 2 cups Stove Top original stuffing, vegetables, butter, tarragon, 1 cup hot water, chicken broth, and paprika. Let stand until liquid is absorbed about 5 minutes.

Spray Pyrex dish with Pam. Take a fillet and top with stuffing mix and roll fillet up. Place seam side down in baking dish. Do all fillets. Spoon leftover mixture around in baking dish. Bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve with salad or whatever you wish.
