PEA SALAD 
4 cans sm. green peas
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 (4 oz.) jar pimento
4 eggs, boiled
1 c. mayonnaise
Salt (to taste)
1 tbsp. sugar (optional)
Paprika
1 c. pickles
Relish (more, if desired)

Drain peas well. Add all ingredients. Chill before serving.
