CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
Sm. to med. cabbage
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion
1 can tomato soup (Italian tomato is good)
1 soup can of water

If you want it hot, add sprinkle of crushed red pepper.

In a skillet saute ground beef and onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Cut up cabbage and place in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour ground beef-onion mixture on top of cabbage. Mix soup and water and pour on top of meat. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
