YEAST ROLLS 
1 c. warm water
2 oz. yeast
7 c. all purpose flour
4 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. warm milk
1/2 c. oil

Mix warm water and yeast and set aside. In another bowl mix flour, salt and sugar. Mix eggs, warm milk and oil; set aside 2 or 3 teaspoons. Then add dry ingredients to wet ingredients a little at a time. Then knead. Let set in warm place for 30 minutes. Punch down and pinch off into rolls and place in greased pan. Let set for 30 minutes or more. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes or until brown as you would like them. Makes 30 to 40 rolls.
