BUNNY SALAD | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin 1 c. boiling water 1 c. pineapple juice & water 1 tsp. grated orange rind 1 1/3 c. crushed pineapple, drained 1 c. grated raw carrots Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add pineapple juice and water mixture and orange rind. Chill until slightly thickened. Then fold in pineapple and carrots. Pour into 6 to 8 individual round molds. Chill until firm. Unmold on crisp lettuce. Add carrot strips to form ears, a large marshmallow for the head and half a marshmallow for the tail. Serve plain or with mayonnaise if desired. |
