GLAZED APPLE WEDGES 
2 med. apples, peeled & cut in 4 wedges each
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Use 2 quart casserole. Place apple wedges. Mix butter, sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples. Cook covered on HIGH for 5 to 7 minutes, or until tender, stirring halfway through.
