WATERGATE SALAD 
9 inch ready graham cracker crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. pistachio pudding mix (instant)
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Mix together pudding, pineapple and Cool Whip. Spread into pie crust. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours before serving. Serve quick and easy. Serves 8.
