CRUNCHY CHEESE BALL 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 c. ground cooked ham
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 c. chopped peanuts or pistachio nuts

Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in next 5 ingredients. Cover; chill several hours. Form into ball; roll in nuts to coat. Serve with crackers.
