HOT MEXICAN DIP 
2 lbs. American cheese or Velveeta
2 lbs. lean hamburger
8 oz. Pace Picante Sauce (hot or mild)
4 oz. sliced jalapeno peppers, optional
Diced onions
Chili powder
Garlic powder
Pepper

Brown hamburger and season to taste with garlic powder, pepper, chili powder.

Cube cheese and add to hamburger. Stir until melted. Add Pace Picante Sauce and stir well. Add jalapeno slices if desired. Serve warm. Dip with tostitos, etc.
