7 lg. marshmallows
1 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar

Melt butter, stir in brown sugar until dissolved. Add marshmallows and slow melt. Do not over cook. Pour caramel mix over 3-4 quarts of popped popcorn. (Check for unpopped kernels before pouring mix.) Keep covered for gooey caramel corn.
